We cultivate fish in an open reservoir in one of the tributaries of the Dnipro River - the Lehlych River, and we extract the caviar exclusively using a traditional method of slaughtering fish. We do not use any chemical additives, hormones or growth promoters.
One can try our caviar at some of the finest Kyiv restaurants, including "Not Only Fish", "Praha", and "Queen". Moreover, our caviar is purchased by the top restaurants in the US, among them even the Miami's famous Versace Mansion Restaurant Gianni's. In such establishments, the products are subjected to rigorous selection, and only the best kind ends up on the table.
We export our caviar to the United States, France, and Israel in conformity with the stringent international standards.
While our competitors are increasingly obtaining caviar using intravital extraction, we remain true to the classic method. That is why our caviar has the same extraordinary taste as 100 years ago.

We grow sturgeon in a natural reservoir. The small Lehlych River originates from underground sources, and eventually flows into the Dnipro River, which is where we placed our net cages. The only distinction that sets our sturgeons apart from the wild ones is that we don't let them swim too far.
